Signed up for service on website for free installation and free receivers, after entering my credit card#, I get flashed a $535.84 charge, with no way to correct. Following day I called to get this corrected, and was assured that I would be issued a refund, after 4 phone calls asking where is my refund? their story changed to I was issued a refund for a different amount of $436.84, and even though the 4th receiver was free, by adding a 4th receiver, there was now $99 charge for the dvr.
