My Desktop Computer was brought to P.C.S Computer, Inc because I did not have a contract with an outside vendor. I figured its been there awhile in the neighborhood so it must be ok. My original issue with the computer was extreme slowness and not being able to connect to the internet - It was assumed I had a virus from my side ... Immediatly they said they had to replace the hard drive - Wasnt sure why but thought they were the experts. When the PC was done - I noticed that my original 160 GB hard drive was replaced with a 60 GB hard drive... read full review »
