They charged me $38 and said that once I complete 2 forms and send them back to their offices, they will start working on my behalf. I sent in the two forms and have gotten absolutely nothing from them except a lot of terrible customer service. The truth is that the two forms you submit to them only serve as their protection. These two forms are their way of saying "we have made contact with you, and this is our proof that we have provided a service to you."
