While living in AZ, I found my apartment in WA through Rent.com. My father lived in WA and checked out the apartment to give an okay (since I was out of state and couldn't see it for myself) and told the rental agent that I had found the complex through rent.com (I am pleased with the apartment). However, Rent.com promised a $100 reward Visa upon confirmation of rental agreement.
