The website indicates that there is an absolute 100 percent money back guarantee. I purchased the software. Most of it is freeware repackaged. Nonetheless, it crashed my system. I had to reload it. When I tried to get the refund all I got was an automatic response with Asian lettering on the email. There is no way to contact these guys. They have no mailing address...nothing.
