I ordered the item on 11/04/08. They e-mailed me that they would inform shipping tracking. I hadn't heard or recieve neither the item or e-mail from them. I called the company 12/03/08, the girl who told me "The item is discontinued and we e-mail you, but you didn't respond to us." then, she asked me if I want to get another items or credit back to my credit account.
