I recently purchased Chanel Perfume on line from this company and I now find on delivery by the Royal Mail I have to pay a £12.65 Customs Charge before delivery of the said goods as I have already paid for the goods by credit card I am unable to cancel the transaction. Nowhere on this site does it say that customers will have to pay a Customs Charge. I have EMailed the Company but they avoid my question and repeatedly send the same EMail in return stating when the goods were dispatched. Please advise all potential customers. read full review »
