I did not receive my wedding flowers. I emailed Susan over 25 times and I only heard from her 4 or 5 times. Of course she took our money. I ordered them in January and my wedding was in August. I've emaile d her twice now to get a refund and she hasn't replied until five minutes ago when she said that I cancelled my order and so I have instore credit.
