Purchased books where they automatically set you up with a free membership to something. I didn't see anything about this at the time of purchase. Then they charged me $19.95 a month for 3 months for this so called membership. When I called them, they cancelled it. However did not provide me with a refund. They would not give me to a supervisor, nor would they disclose the owner/president's name of the company. read full review »
