they are a scam! I browsed fastcash payday advance site, DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING.Pulled up my bank statement and saw a new charge for $33.98 for Identity theft protection! I don't want or need that service as it is provided free of charge by my bank.I notified my Attorney General and my bank.
