I placed an order with them and immediately realized I ordered the wrong item. I emailed them several times, called and left messages, finally I had to call like I was placing an order to get a hold of someone. They said I would have to cancel the order and re-order. I said fine, no problem. After canceling I waited 3 weeks for a refund. I called them several times(once again I had to pretend to be ordering something in order to talk to anyone).
