I've had the same experience, as others, with this company. Unfortunately, I ordered the product right before the holidays, so it took a long time to get to me. I actually received the product 4 days before the 15 day trial period was over. I didn't even have the opportunity to open the bottle when I noticed the charge. I did use my debit card for this purchase, so I "hot carded" the number to prevent any further charges from this company.
