I ordered a pr. of ugg boots for $120. they were too small, web site stated that if need different size, shipping of return is to be paid by customer, and the reshipping of correct size would be paid by them. fine, i emailed the co. about exchanging and was told i would have to pay $90 additional. $45 to ship to them and $45 to ship new size. I explained what their exchange policy stated and sent them a copy of it, they keep sending same email in broken english, i have to pay the $90 on a pair of $120 boots. they are a scam and should be shut down. read full review »
