I signed up for their "free trial" for the ACAI Berry. I found out that I would not be able to use it. When the free trial arrived, I called the number included in the box. I was on hold for a long time. Then a recorded message said to leave a detailed message which I did including all my information, name, phone, address, and that I was cancelling the order and to please let me know how to return the product.
