I opened an account with e-hits on Jan 17, 2009 on the 30 day free trial offer. I cancelled on Jan. 29, 2009. After a few communications with them, they figured they did not have to Re-fund my payment of $19.95 because I did not supply them with the correct information the first time I made the request, which they were correct. However, when they did recieve the info they needed, they still refused to refund my money.
