One of my four receivers stopped working. I called to inform Directv. They told me that they would gladly send a replacement, for a fee of 19.99 and a service agreement (which I never had for the previous 9 years) would be contingent. I was in total diagreement with this arrangement for several reasons, (which did'nt really matter much to them), so I decieded to discontinue my service immediately.
