I was charged for two services, that I never authorized. This all took place through the Wu Yi- source.com web site. It has taken me 3 months to finally get a live person # to cancel what they so conveniently charged me for with no authorization. There were 2 charges (4.95 &9.95). The only reason I knew to write you was because when I tried to pull up insidersecret.com all these complaints came up for the same thing.
