Hydra Properties, a Dubai based company with over 17 projects worldover, but mostly in Abu Dhabi and Dubai would appear to be a pyramid scheme that has used money from project launches to finance the next project launch. The fact is that most of their property projects are hardly even started. The company appears to have run out of money and makes demands for payments despite the fact that they have built practically nothing.
