Timeline of events; 1. I order cart on 17AUG09. 2. Cart is back ordered until 31 August. 3. I contact Stanley and request cart order to be stopped via e-mail. 4. I call a rep, she says they can not stop cart shipment and that it will arrive on Thursday, of course it does not arrive. 5. On Sunday I make a local purchase due to my travel itinerary, a Monday the 24th August departure date. 6. The cart arrives on the 26th of August. 7. I request an RMA from Stanly rep. 8.
