I have been a customer of the First Bank of Delaware ( Tribute Gold Mastercard) for over a year. Had excellent standing, no late payments at any time. Just made a $300.00 payment on 09/02/09. Went to a Target store today, 09/12/09 and my card was denied even though I had $610.00 credit available. Called Customer "No" Service and was told that the First Bank of Delaware had closed all of the Tribute Matercard accounts across the board. They have not sent out any notices to any of their customers and have no mention of this on their website. Lousy business by First Bank of Delaware.
