i received a pop up that my computer was infected and instructed me to order personal antivirus protection . i tried to download a reputable service that i was familiar with. the personal antivirus protection ad would not let me click anything other then their ad . once i purchased their service my card was billed $ 79.95 i was given a website, registration key, and email support address as well as a support phone # . i ran the software it seemed to unfreeze my computer and after a few days the icon for the protection is gone and the support number and website i was given does not exist. i paid for a years service. read full review »
