Louis Silverstein a/k/a Louis Silverstein, Managing Member SilverLeaf Development, LLC has nearly destroyed a community in Philadelphia, PA. He constructed five homes that all have substantial water problems. Instead of repairing the problems, he constructed a wall of bs and has failed to remedy the problem after several years.
