Ordered 3 major appliances for $3, 500 on 8/12/09. Company took our money out of our account on 8/13/09. On 8/28 order was finally shipped after many calls back and forth. Received calls and emails stating order shipped when it was not. Received order on 9/8/09. Stove had major damage, delivery company says they got it that way. Before I could reject order, husband signed paperwork after delivery man listed damages.
