I was charged 1.95 for sample never received. After reading complaints on the board and after searching forever for dazzlewhite online, I chatted with someone at dazzlesmile customer service chat line and cancelled trial offer. They stated "It's a full month supply with a 14-day trial period. If you choose not to return your package before the end of the trial period, you're charged just $79.28(a 25% savings) for the package" I never received a package of anything.
