All the claims of "scam" are a clear sign that legal action needs to be taken. My wife tried this product, returned the original, and for 90 days has been told "you need to talk to this dept, or fax this in, or we didn't get it." Well, after 90 days, they will not issue a credit. We're seeking legal action as we have the phone records showing calls, as well as the delivery confirmation of the returned product.
