Our home is in the process of foreclosure...we have NOT been foreclosed on yet so we are the property owners. HomeQ has set foreclosure dates and postponed them several times, which has been highly stressful! My husband lost 2 businesses in this economy & I was out of work for almost a year. But we both have full times jobs just no where near the $ that we were making. HomeQ said there was nothing they would do for us, foreclosure was unavoidable.
