Hi, This a perfect example of inefficient and unreliable HP technical support provided to me . The person who did this to me is in technical support and his name is EYZL QUEVAADA. I have extended my warranty for one year standard service ie; pick up and return on Sep 12 '09 and I have been charged $ 149 which was communicated to me ..But when I checked my credit card transaction a another transaction of $ 162 was charged which realy made be surprized and I am not at all aware of this .
