I am a new customer of Verizonwireless. We didn't know what a $9.99 monthly charge was for on one of our phones. After speaking to a Verizon service agent, he informed me it was from TooLazy text alerts. He asissted me to unsubscribe and gave me the phone number to contest the charges since we didn't subscribe for this service or receive any of their text. Haven't been able to speak to anyone there to reverse the charges or get my money back. Appreciate any help in this matter. read full review »
