I booked a stay at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Orlando Florida. The charge was on my credit card with a confirmation number. After a seventeen hour drive with our small grandkids to Florida, we reach the hotel and to our surprise they had not been paid and we had to pay for the stay again.
