Picked up my bag from the planeside check and found the handle broken off. talked to the gate agent and was told "go home and file a complaint online". I get to the place I'm staying and look online, where it was clearly stated, file a complaint at the airport where your bag was damaged. I call NWA/Delta, who tell me, no you should have filed at the airport. Then they tell me that i can file on my return flight final destination.
