I bought a 1200.00 bedroom set 16 months ago. The solid word frame had a defect in it. The side rail split and the right side of the bed collapsed knocking me to the floor. I called about the set, since the salesman told me it had a lifetime warranty..."furniture to last a lifetime"...or so their brochure says...hahaha. I was treated horribly.
