I own one of their devices and it keeps failing. I contacted them and they will not replace it. I asked for a price for just a new one without service, since I have already paid them for 4 years service. They want to charge me the full price that includes 1 years servive (39.95 plus shipping). I believe they should only charge me 20>00 plus 3.95 shipping. read full review »
