when we booked our 7 day holiday at your rotherham office we requested an hotel on the flat near the centre of benidorm, due to the fact my travelling partner has had a full knee replacement a few months ago. the hotel we got was on top of a mountain with no links after 21.30hrs, how this hotel received a 4 star rating is completely baffling to me, the rooms were substandard with not enough room in the toilet to sit in comfort due to the placement of the washstand, even on day of departure the baggage room was looted with loss of valuables and in one case passports.I can honestly say i will not be booking any more holidays with your company read full review »
