I can assert fairly conclusively that dealing with Verizon has been the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. It's easier to detail the litany of problems I have experienced in list form rather than prose. -September 1: Verizon Fios TV and internet was installed, things worked fine for three days. -September 5: My internet service was out in the morning.
