We purchased an LG French Door Refrigerator 13 months ago and it has been a headache since day one. We have never had a fully functioning ice maker. The ice maker in the door first would not dispense ice or water. I had the repair man come out who was contracted by LG. He found the auger motor on the ice maker was not working. He ordered a new one it came after 10 days and when he went to install it found that it was not the right part. We went another 10 days and the new part came in and was installed.
