I was recently robbed at gunpoint (09/11/09) and had my Iphone 3G taken along with my wallet. I contacted AT&T the following day to see what could be done about replacing my phone in light of the fact that they do not offer insurance on the Iphone and that I was not yet due for an upgrade.
