I rented a cellphone for use in the UK and Italy in June, 2009. The phone didn't work and repeated attempts to contact Call in Europe by email and telephone (after purchasing an international calling card) went unanswered. When I returned to the U.S., I called the company and demanded a refund. They told me to return the phone to them, which I initially refused to do.
