I too made my payment on time and online for which I received a receipt showing this and they are trying to charge late fees and increase my payment. They don't even listen when they call you - just ramble on and on with some foreigner customer service staff that barely speak English. When you ask to speak to their supervisor they won't let you. WARNING - DO NOT under any circumstances get this card as they are totally a rip off and scam. read full review »
