I ordered this product and it took a couple of weeks to arrive. I saw nowhere the information stating 14 day trial and call to cancel within this time frame or you will be charged full price. I only had the product a few days before the 14 day trial period was up. I went to web site and got phone number to call and called to cancel any further orders, but was still charged the full price for the (FREE SAMPLE). I notified my credit card company first & was told they could do nothing about charges, and advised me to contact this company and cancel any further orders. read full review »
