Such an awful store, I wish I had checked some online reviews before placing an order with them. unlike most stores where you get pretty much an update every day about the order status, with Cymax you'll get to know whats happening with your order only if you prod them by using the contact us link (I used google checkout, and I guess because of that they had to give a response by a certain time frame). 5 days after placing the order, I saw no updates on the status, so I contacted them about the order.
