I agreed to a membership with TLG until I received their welcome package and it was nothing like what I agreed to join. I called and canceled the membership and I told them I wanted a refund. The guy gave me a fax number and told me that I had to write out why I thought I deserved a refund and fax there. After I called I noticed that I was still getting charged. I called and canceled again. I AM STILL GETTING CHARGED AFTER I CANCELED TWICE. These phone calls were a couple of months apart and I spoke with a person each time. I can understand one mistake, but this seems fishy to me. I called my banks fraud division. read full review »
