I began the weekly payment plan with GCF/CEC on March 6th of this year. I have paid them to date $968.71 and still do not have my computer! I have phoned several different times and everytime there is a new excuse as to why I do not have my computer. I was only supposed to pay my down payment of $99 then 5 consecutive weekly payments then my product was supposed to be shipped to me.
