This problem is ongoing since CVS took over the company a few years ago. They lose prescriptions, change refill status for no known reason, refuse to retain updated new information and mismanage their website so badly that I have had to set up a new account (twice) and cannot use their website to refill scripts. They are extremely slow in answering the phones and, once you finally get a person, they apologize robotically and can't help.
