I ordered the Xemos home laser system over a month ago now. Although the $230 was immediately charged to my paypal account, the product was listed as "order received". Their phone service has been "temporarily reconstructed" for some time, so I've since re-checked my order online weekly and requested support and shipping every time. Each complaint has been met with the usual run around of "thank you for your patience etc. etc." Now, their website is "down for maintenance" and I'm looking for ways to obtain my money back...
