I purchased a "supposed" complete set of "supposedly" new DVD's from this company and I received an incomplete used looking set. I have been trying to reach them for one month with little or no response. I want to send back these DVDs for a full refund and they refuse to give me any information on how to do so. I AM FED UP!!
