On September 11, 2009 I spoke with Spark Energy with regards to having Con Edison come out to test my meter.I have lived at my present resident for fifteen years and never got a summary from my landlord or Con Edision for testing my apartment meter. The New York Public Service Commission for energy states that Con Edison must test each of its provider's apartment building meter once every five years. I never received a summary of this action.
