Hello, My name is Ritesh Suri and I'm the frustrated customer with Vodafone Essar Ltd. I've been using their service for a long time and everyday i think of changing the phone number creates me a problem. I can neither change the number nor can keep it because of the services. My bill for the Month August was Rs.1316 and my last date of payment was August 21, 2009.
