I moved my business in the beginning of November. In early October I called to report the move and get things started. At the end of October I called to make sure we were on track only to be told that they had not set things up, I would not have phone service for 2-3 weeks, so sorry but unable to help. After making other arraignments with another phone company, I was able to get the calls forwarded to my cell phone. I was burning cell minutes, but at least my business was still running.
