Ok so I know a lot of you have complaints about this company. So here's mine to add to it. It started off with me looking at my credit card statement and seeing a charge from wu-yi source. Not knowing what this is I looked up the website to see what it was. Knowing I didn't order anything I called the 'anytime' number listed and they were closed.
