I am a concerned citizen and i some complaints about the facility. Med pass is suppose to be two hours. resident getting medication at 11:30 and 12:00pm. there start time is at 8:00am. nurses are talking to director of nursing, unit managers and assisstance director of nursing and nothing is being done. patients are getting neglect because of this. I really do think state board needs to know about this. nurses are under paid and also some unit managers are LPN and they don't do anything to help other nurses and aides.
